“Oh why can’t a woman be more like a man?”


The majority of female leadership programmes appear to be aimed at helping women make the changes needed to better work with men: be more assertive, less emotional, more rational. In short, emulate men! There do not appear to be any leadership programmes aimed at helping men recognise and apply the strengths that women bring to the table.

There is a difference between the male and the female brain, and it should be celebrated.

Female leadership courses aim to help women succeed in a man’s world. There are no courses that help men integrate women’s unique contributions to a man’s world.
